Rank Order of "Top Ten" Issues by Breakout Group

Each breakout group in Workshop #1 was asked to list the top ten issues facing "Downtown." These lists were presented to everyone toward the end of the workshop. The Pennsylvania Downtown Center used the lists to produce a ranked order of issues by each group and by the workshop participants as a whole. The issue listed first was assigned a value of 10, the second a value of 9 and so forth. This table shows the ranked responses from each group and the overall rank for all groups. "Cat." refers to categories as listed in the tables for present and future descriptions of downtown Wilkes-Barre. Refer to the Community Visioning Workbook: Workshop #1 for the actual instructions.
