Hillshade With Digital Elevation Model Overlay

One way to produce a model is to combine the hillshade with a DEM which is colored by elevation gradients. The combination smooths out the hillshade to some extent. The main Wyoming Valley relief map was produced using this method. [Back to pictorial guide main page]
