This design was completed in December 1999. It uses overlay techniques that were not available for earlier versions of the site.

The title and logo were created by nc anderson. The watershed boundary is customized for the AHR Initiative.

The sunset photo, taken in April 1999 by bt sawyer, csc, was edited for this application.
